Been some time since I wrote a movie review... Anyway, here goes..
When I first saw the trailer for Wanted, The Matrix came to my mind, with the slow-mo bullet time effect. I was hoping that it will not be a film with just over-the-top CGI(like Ultra violet). The good news is, its not:)
The storyline for this film is pretty good, with a plot twist in it. Its been quite awhile where there is a good action movie with a good storyline to back the action scenes up.
The visual is wow. I love it. Maybe just because it has slow-motion, and I'm a sucker for such effects. Every part is great from the bullets traveling, to the car chase scenes. I would say there is not 'much' fist fighting scenes or the use of other weapons other than a gun. I guess I'm just comparing it against The Matrix, where it has the whole package, imo.
So ya, I would recommend this movie.
